Out
of Africa to Camp Verde
Out of Africa Wildlife Park
Imagine relocating and transitioning 300 wildlife animals,
reconstructing their natural habitats, and maintaining that special
animal/human bond that makes Out of Africa Wildlife Park so unique.
Thanks to a dedicated staff and volunteers, the park has moved from
Fountain Hills to its spacious new home in Camp Verde, Arizona, and
is now open.
The park's Serengeti spans 40 acres where giraffe, wildebeest,
zebra and other herbivores of the African plains do what they do in
nature while co-habitating with people. Saginaw, a 17-year old
Siberian Tiger, and his 16-year old panther pal, Eclipse, have
missed the park visitors. To see these impressive predators, take an
educational excursion or just a "walk about," but don't forget your
camera. The park is located at 4020 N. Cherry Road, Camp Verde,
Arizona. For more information, call 928-567-2840 or visit
