A Special Message for Dad

Father's Day is Sunday, June 20, and we couldn't let it go by without sending a special message to the wonderful dads and granddads at our community. We really appreciate each one of you, and we wish you a super, fantastic, incredible, totally awesome Father's Day!

Guided Tour

We're proud of our community and hope you'll invite your friends, co-workers, and relatives to visit us. We'll be happy to give them a guided tour and show them why living here is such a good choice. With your referrals, we get the best new residents, and you get the best new neighbors.

While You're Away

If you're leaving town for a few days, these simple precautions can give you peace of mind while you're away: lock all windows and doors, use a lamp timer at night, have a friend pick up newspapers or flyers from outside your door, give a friend the number where you can be reached in case of an emergency. Enjoy your vacation!

Fan Club

Are you looking for a way to cut energy costs and stay cool at the same time? By using a fan, you can actually raise the thermostat several degrees without losing your cool. Circulating air has a "wind chill effect" that makes you feel cooler than the actual temperature. A fan cools people, not rooms, so be sure to turn off your fan when you leave.
